T Tujuan- penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan kompetensi, agile leadership, social media engagement, reputasi dan business performance umkm kabupaten bekasi.metode penelitian- dengan menggunakan sampel 277 umkm, menggunakan metode analisis data structural equation modeling (sem) pada aplikasi amos.hasil- hasil menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap business performance, kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap reputasi, agile leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap reputasi, namun agile leadership tidak perpengaruh terhadap business performance, social media engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap business performance namun social media engagement tidak perpengaruh terhadap reputasi. reputasi berpengaruh positif terhadap business performance. terjadi full mediasi saat reputasi memediasi kompetensi dan business performance hal sama terjadi saat reputasi memediasi agile leadership dan business performance, namun saat reputasi memediasi social media engagement dan business performance terjadi mediasi parsial.impikasi- implikasi dari penelitian ini memperluas literatur tentang kompetensi umkm, agile leadership, dan social media engagement dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. reputasi berperan sebagai mediator yang menghubungkan ketiga faktor tersebut dengan kinerja umkm. selain itu, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kinerja umkm bersifat multidimensional dan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor secara sinergis. fokus pada umkm di kabupaten bekasi juga memberikan kontribusi spesifik terhadap teori dalam konteks lokal.implikasi praktis- implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini dapat membantu pemilik umkm, pemangku kepentingan, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam meningkatkan business performance di kabupaten bekasi. dengan implikasi praktis ini, diharapkan memberikan dampak langsung yang signifikan pada pengembangan dan keberlanjutan umkm di kabupaten bekasi, sekaligus meningkatkan daya saing umkm di tingkat lokal maupun nasional.
P Purpose- this quantitative research aims to analyze the relationship between competence, agile leadership, social media engagement, reputation and business performance of bekasi regency msmes.research methods - using a sample of 277 msmes, using the structural equation modeling (sem) data analysis method in the amos application.results - the results show that competence has a positive effect on business performance, competence has a positive effect on reputation, agile leadership has a positive effect on reputation, but agile leadership has no effect on business performance, social media engagement has a positive effect on business performance but social media engagement has no effect on reputation. reputation has a positive effect on business performance. full mediation occurs when reputation mediates competence and business performance, the same thing happens when reputation mediates agile leadership and business performance, but when reputation mediates social media engagement and business performance partial mediation occurs.implications - the implications of this study expand the literature on msme competencies, agile leadership, and social media engagement in improving business performance. reputation acts as a mediator that connects the three factors with msme performance. in addition, this research confirms that msme performance is multidimensional and influenced by various factors synergistically. the focus on msmes in bekasi regency also provides a specific contribution to the theory in a local context.practical implications - the practical implications of this research can help msme owners, stakeholders, and policy makers in improving business performance in bekasi regency. with these practical implications, it is expected to have a significant direct impact on the development and sustainability of msmes in bekasi regency, while increasing the competitiveness of msmes at the local and national levels.
