T Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruhorganizational network, e-marketing orientation dan organizational innovationterhadap strategic business performance melalui organizational flexibility padaindustri asuransi umum Indonesia. Organizational innovation mencakup processinnovation dan product innovation.Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujianhipotesis (Testing Hypothesis) dengan menggunakan Structural EquationModeling (SEM). Populasi responden dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh CEO,BOD, dan BOD-1 perusahaan asuransi umum atau kerugian yang terdaftar diOtoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel responden.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survey menyebarkan kuesioner(hardcopy) dan juga melalui media online yaitu melalui e-mail.Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa organizational networkberpengaruh signifikan terhadap strategic business performance. Selain itu,process innovation dan product innovation juga memiliki pengaruh signifikanterhadap strategic business performance. Variabel organizational flexibility jugaberpengaruh signifikan terhadap strategic business performance. Di sisi lain,hanya organtizational network dan product innovation yang berpengaruh terhadaporganizational flexibility. Sebagai variabel mediasi, organizational flexibilitymampu berperan sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengaruh organizational networkdan product innovation terhadap strategic business performance. Organizationalflexibility memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap strategic business performancedibandingkan dengan variabel independen lainnya yaitu organizational network,process innovation dan product innovation. Dalam perannya sebagai variabelmediasi, organizational flexibility memberikan pengaruh paling signifikan dalammemperkuat hubungan organizational network terhadap strategic businessperformance.Manfaat penelitian ini yaitu memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaanasuransi umum dan kerugian untuk lebih memperhatikan faktor utama yangmempengaruhi strategic business performance yaitu organizational network,process innovation, product innovation, dan organizational flexibility

T The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizationalflexibility in mediated organizational networks, e-marketing orientation, andorganizational innovation on strategic business performance in the Indonesiangeneral insurance industry. Organizational innovation includes process innovationand product innovation.The design used in this study was hypothesis testing (Testing Hypothesis)using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The population of respondents fromthis study were all CEOs, BOD, and BOD-1 general or loss insurance companiesregistered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This study uses a sampleof respondents. Data collection was carried out by means of surveys that distributequestionnaires (hardcopy) and also through online media, namely through e-mail.The results of this study showed that organizational networks significantlyinfluence strategic business performance. In addition, process innovation andproduct innovation also have a significant influence on strategic businessperformance. The variable organizational flexibility also has a significant effecton strategic business performance. On the other hand, only national network andproduct innovation have an effect on organizational flexibility. As a mediatingvariable, organizational flexibility is able to act as a mediating variable on theinfluence of organizational networks and product innovation on strategic businessperformance. Organizational flexibility has the strongest influence on strategicbusiness performance compared to other independent variables namelyorganizational network, process innovation and product innovation. In its role as amediating variable, organizational flexibility provides the most significantinfluence in strengthening the relationship of organizational networks to strategicbusiness performance.The benefits of this research are contributing to general insurancecompanies and losses to pay more attention to the main factors that affect strategicbusiness performance, namely organizational networks, process innovation,product innovation, and organizational flexibility
