P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis PengaruhOrganizational Support terhadap Transfer of Training yang dimediasi oleh selfefficacy para karyawan pada PT. PJB UP Muara Tawar.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan sensus dengan penyebaran kuesioner.Pengujian dilakukan dengan Metode SEM. Jumlah populasi dari karyawan PT. PJBUP Muara Tawar sebanyak 208 karyawan.Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada pengaruh antara Organizational Supportterhadap Transfer of Training yang dimediasi oleh self-efficacy. Yang artinya,apabila karyawan menerima Organizational Support dengan dimediasi oleh selfefficacy maka Transfer of Training akan menjadi lebih baik.Penelitian ini memberikan saran agar penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneilitivariabel lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat bermanfaat lainbagi perusahaan baik dilakukan pada sektor ataupun industri lainnya sehinggapenelitian menjadi lebih beragam.

T The aim of this study is to test and to analyze the influence of organizationalsupport to transfer of training mediated by self-efficacy of the employees at PT. PJBUP Muara Tawar.The method used to collect the data is by using census with questionnairedistribution. The test is done by SEM method. Total population of employees of PT.PJB UP Muara Tawar is 208 employees.The result of this research is that there is influence between organizationalsupport to transfer of training mediated by self-efficacy. It means that if theemployee able to receive an organizational support that mediated by self-efficacy,then the company will have a better transfer of training from the employees.This research provides a suggestions for further research to examine othervariables that have not been studied in this research, it can be useful for othercompany in other sectors or industries and to give more variety to this research.
