S Skripsi ini membahas apakah terdapat hubungan antara service climate, employee commitment dan employees' service quality capability. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 65 karyawan Giant Hypermarket CBD Bintaro Jaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Alat analisa yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesa adalah analisis korelasi berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesa menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara service climate terhadap employee commitment dan employees' service quality capability. Bagi penelitian yang akan datang disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian pada Giant Hypermarket cabang lain, dengan wilayah penelitian diperluas.

T This thesis discuss the correlations between service climate, employee commitment and employees' service quality capability. Data were collected by a cross sectional field study, distributed to 65 employee in Giant Hypermarket CBD Bintaro Jaya. Multiple correlations analyses were used to test the hypotheses. Result shows there is positive correlations between service climate to employee commitment and employees' service quality capability. For the next research writer suggest to do the research in another Giant hypermarket, with expanding the research area.
