P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh health consciousness, perceived value, food safety concern, dan religious factors terhadap purchase intention dalam makanan organic. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan multiple regresi dengan menggunakan software SPSS 11.7. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data berdasarkan sensus dari 150 mahasiswa yang yang ada di universitas TRISAKTI ( Jakarta Barat ). Penelitian ini bersifat pengujian hipotesis terhadap dimensi setiap variabel dengan menganalisa dan berdasarkan informasi mengenai health consciousness, perceived value, food safety concern, dan religious factors terhadap purchase intention dalam makanan organik pada mahasiswa Universitas TRISAKTI ( Jakarta Barat ). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh health consciousness, perceived value, food safety concern, dan religious factors terhadap purchase intention dalam makanan organic.

T The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of health consciousness, perceived value, food safety concern and religious factors to purchase organics food. This study used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression using SPSS software 11.7. In this study using data collection based on the census of 150 students at the university TRISAKTI (West Jakarta). This study is testing the hypothesis to the dimensions of each variable by analyzing and based on information about the health consciousness, perceived value, food safety concern, and religious factors in the intention to purchase organic foods at Trisakti University students (West Jakarta). The results showed that there is the influence of health consciousness, perceived value, food safety concern, and religious factors in the intention to purchase organic foods.
