P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work to Family Conflict dan Family to Work Conflict terhadap Intent to Quit pada karyawan wanita. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 76 karyawan PT XL Axiata, Tbk. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis yaitu Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif Work to Family Conflict terhadap Intent to Quit, 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif Family to Work Conflict terhadap Intent to Quit

T This study aims to analyze the influence of Work to Family Conflict And Family to Work Conflict against Intent to Quit on female employees. Data Obtained from questionnaires distributed to 76 employees of PT XL Axiata, Tbk. The sampling technique used is the Census. This research Using analysis tool that is Path Analysis. The results of this study show that: 1) There is a positive influence Work to Family Conflict on Intent to Quit, 2) There is no positive influence of Family to Work Conflict on Intent to Quit
