P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Internal Service Quality, Employee Well-Being, dan Employee Performance dan menganalisis pengaruh Internal Service Quality terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Employee Well-Being di Kantor Pusat PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Bandung. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Kantor Pusat PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Bandung yang terdiri dari 107 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan juga SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil dari pengujian Internal Service Quality memiliki rata-rata sebesar 3,9564, sementara itu hasil statistik deskriptif untuk Employee Well-Being menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,5182 dan Employee Performance memiliki rata-rata sebesar 3,8075. Hasil pengujian pengaruh Internal Service Quality terhadap Employee Performance menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh Internal Service Quality terhadap Employee Performance dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sementara itu dari pengujian pengaruh Internal Service Quality terhadap Employee Well-Being menunjukkan bahwa, Internal Service Quality memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Well-Being dengan p-value sebesar 0,019 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sementara itu, dari hasil pengujian Work Engagement terhadap Job Performance menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh Employee Well-Being terhadap Employee Performance dengan p-value sebesar 0,044 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

T This study aims to analyze Internal Service Quality, Employee Well-Being, and Employee Performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Bandung Head Office and analyze the influence of Internal Service Quality towards Employee Performance mediated by Employee Well-Being at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Bandung Head Office. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Bandung Head Office consisting of 107 respondents. Data analysis method used is to use descriptive statistics as well as SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Results of testing of Internal Service Quality has an average of 3,9564, while the results of descriptive statistics to demonstrate the Employee Well-Being average value of 3,5182 and Employee Performance has an average of 3.8075. The results of testing the influence of Internal Service Quality towards Job Performance indicates that, Internal Service Quality has an influence towards Employee Performance with a p-value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, from testing the influence of Internal Service Quality towards Employee Well-Being shows that, Internal Service Quality has an influence towards Employee Well-Being with a p-value of 0.019 is smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, from the results of the testing Employee Well-Being to Employee Performance indicates that, there is an influence of Employee Well-Being towards Job Performance with a p-value of 0.044 is smaller than 0.05.
