P Pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut oleh tukang gigi telah diatur dalam Permeskes No.39 thn 2014 yaitu tentang pembinaan, pengawasan, dan perizinan pekerjaan tukang gigi yang didalamnya juga mengatur tentang standar pelayanannya yang wajib diberikan oleh tukang gigi. dari sudut pandang konsumen, suatu pelayanan dikatakan berhasil apabila konsumen merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut yaitu dengan menerapkan standar pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas terutama mengacu pada sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen penerima jasa tukang gigi pada masyarakat pengguna jasa tukang gigi wilayah kota Tangerang dg jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden.Data yang di kumpulkan berupa data kepuasan konsumen dan sarana dan prasarana. dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil: menunjukan bahwa konsumen wanita lebih besar 21 (70%) pria 9 (30%).Hasil kepuasan konsumen sebanyak 22 (73%) menyatakan kepuasan akan fleksibilitas dalam hal tempat waktu yang diberikan oleh tukang gigi, dalam kategori puas dan rata-rata konsumen setuju dengan kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan.

D Dental oral health services by dental artisan has been regulated by Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia (Permenkes) No.39 tahun 2014. The regulation consists of Development, Monitoring and Licensing for dental artisan. It also consists of regulation that regulate the standard of service that they must obligate towards their services. From the consumer point of view, an excellent service can be called excellent if the consumer or customer are satisfied with the service that has been given. One of the method to improve the healthiness of dental oral health service is to apply a standard of quality including facilities and equipments. This research is to show the level of satisfaction of consumers towards dental artisan that has been used their service within the area of Tangerang city. Sample of research were 40 respondents. Datas was gathered by questionnaires. Data was analysed by using SPSS 19 and was presented in the form of table with percentage and pie charts. The result of the research shows that there are more females consumers 21 (70%) than males consumers 9 (30%). The result of satisfied consumers in term of place and time flexibility were 22 (73%), as many as 19 (63,3%) has claimed their approval with the facilities and equipment that has been given by dental artisan. A score of satisfation towards dental artisan were categorized as satisfying, most of the consumers were satisfied with the completeness of facilities and equipments that has been provided.
