P PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Citeureup melakukan kegiatanpenambangan batugamping dengan metode kuari yang diberi nama Quarry D.Lokasi penambangan terletak di Desa Lulut, Kecamatan Klapanunggal,Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Sistem penyaliran tambang di Quarry Dmemanfaatkan gaya gravitasi untuk mengalirkan air limpasan. Berdasarkanpengamatan, sarana penyaliran mengalami pendangkalan karena banyak partikelpadatan yang mengendap, serta belum diketahui jangka waktu yang tepat untukmelakukan pemeliharaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmetode evaluasi dan analisis terhadap sistem penyaliran tambang di lokasipenelitian. Air hujan merupakan sumber utama air di Quarry D yang masuk ke 6daerah tangkapan hujan (DTH). Berdasarkan distribusi Gumbel, didapatkan curahhujan rencana sebesar 158,50 mm/hari, dan intensitas curah hujan sebesar 54,95mm/jam yang didapatkan dengan rumus Mononobe. Debit air limpasan total diQuarry D sebanyak 14,545 m3/detik yang mengalir di 5 saluran terbuka berbentuktrapesium. Jumlah partikel padatan yang terkandung dalam air limpasan sebanyak0,14%, dan dengan menggunakan Hukum Stokes, didapatkan kecepatanpengendapan partikel selama 0,0021 m/detik. Dimensi kolam pengendapan perludilakukan evaluasi, karena terdapat kompartemen yang tidak sesuai dengankemampuan alat gali Caterpillar 320D-2. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi, didapatkanpeningkatan umur kolam pengendapan yang sebelumnya hanya 258 hari menjadi280 hari. Selain itu, dilakukan uji laboratorium untuk menganalisa kualitas air.Berdasarkan uji yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan nilai pH, TDS, kekeruhan,kesadahan CaCO3, kadar besi, klorida dan sulfat telah memenuhi standar bakumutu lingkungan Permenkes RI No. 492 Tahun 2010.

Mine drainage system in Quarry D using gravity to drain therunoff water. Based on observations, mine drainage system experiencing siltingbecause many solid particles to settle, as well as unknown an appropriate period toperform maintenance. The method used in this research is the method ofevaluation and analysis of the mine drainage system in the research location.Rainwater is the main source of water in Quarry D that went into 6 catchment area(DTH) with widely varying. Based on the Gumbel distribution, obtainedprecipitation plans is 158,50 mm/day, and the intensity of the rainfall is 54.95mm/hour obtained by the Mononobe formula. Total runoff water flow in QuarryD as much as 14.545 m3/sec flowing in 5 open channel trapezoidal. The amountof solid particles contained in runoff water as much as 0,14%, and by using StokesLaw, obtained solid particle sedimentation velocity is 0,0021 m/sec. Dimensionsof the settling ponds should be evaluated, as there are compartment that does notmatch with the capabilities of excavator Caterpillar 320D-2. After the evaluation,found the age of the settling ponds that were previously only 258 days to 280days. In addition, laboratory tests to analyze the quality of water. Based on the testthat has been done, value of pH, TDS, turbidity, hardness of CaCO3, levels ofiron, chloride an sulphate met the environmental quality standards which refers toPermenkes No. 492 Year 2010.
