P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh training satisfactionterhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship. Datadiperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 115 responden KaryawanPT Prowell Energi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM(Sturctural EquationModel).Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: (1) Training Satisfactionberpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, (2) Training Satisfactionberpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, (3)Organizational Citizenship Behaviour berpengaruh positif terhadap TrainingSatisfaction, (4) Organizational Citizenship Behaviour memediasi pengaruh antaraTraining Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention.

P Purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of training satisfaction onturnover intention mediated by organizational citizenship behaviour. Data obtaineddirectly by distributing questionnaires to 115 respondents Employee PT ProwellEnergi Indonesia. This research using SEM analysis tool (Structural EquationModel).Hypothesis testing results indicate: (1) Training Satisfaction has negativeeffect to Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, (2) Training Satisfaction has positiveeffect to Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, (3) Organizational CitizenshipBehaviour has negative effect to Turnover Intention, (4) Organizational CitizenshipBehavior mediated the effect between Training Satisfaction to Turnover Intention.
