P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh CultureInteligence terhadap Job performance yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfactiondi PT Target Sourcing Services. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuisoner yangdisebarkan kepada 21 karyawan ekspatriat di PT Target Sourcing Services.Metode yang digunakan adalah sensus dimana semua populasi sebanyakdengan 21 karyawan.Alat regresi berganda Hasil penelitian ini menunjukanbahwa: Tidak terdapat pengaruh Culture Intelligence terhadap JobSatisfaction. Terdapat pengaruh Job Satisfaction terhadap Job Performance.Tidak terdapat pengaruh Culture Intelligence terhadap Job performance yangdimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Implikasi manajerial Pimpinan harus lebihmemahami aturan (misalnya, kosakata, tatabahsa) bahasa - bahasa lain dan hokum daru sistem ekonomi dari budaya lain agar dapat meningkatkankinerja perusahaan Pimpinan harus lebih cepat menyadari tentang kreatifitasyang di miliki orang setiap karyawan. Pimpinan disarankan memberikanapresiasi kepada karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang baik agar dapat lebihpuas dengan pekerjaannya dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan ketikabekerja.

T This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of perceived transformative HR practicesto employee task performance mediated by employee adaptivity at Target Sourcing Services corporation. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 21 expatriate employee of arget Sourcing Services. The method used is census where all the population as many as 21 employee. Multiple regression tool The results of this study show that. There is influence of Cultural Intelligence to Job Satisfaction. There is not influence of Job Satisfaction to Job Performance. There is not influence in Cultural Intelligence to Job Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction. Managerial implications Leaders should better understand the rules (eg, vocabulary, grammar) of other languages and law from other economic systems of other cultures in order to improve company performance Leaders should be more quickly aware of the creativity that every employee has. Leaders are advised to give appreciation to employees who have good performance in order to be more satisfied with their work and improve employee performance when working.
