P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Happiness at Work terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Learning Capability. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 103 yaitu karyawan Rizen Premier Hotel di Puncak Cisarua Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik deskriptif dan SEM (Structural Equation Model). Total nilai rata-rata statistik desktriptif untuk Happiness at Work 4,148, untuk Organizational Learning Capability sebesar 4,079, dan untuk Organizational Citizenship Behavior adalah 4,258. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis Happiness at Work berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan nilai estimate 0,243, Happiness at Work memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Learning Capaility dengan nilai estimate 0,809, Organizational Learning Capability memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan nilai estimate 0,479, dan Organizational Learning Capability memediasi pengaruh Happiness at Work terhadap Organizational Citizenship dengan nilai estimasi 0,387 (pengaruh tidak langsung) > 0,243 (pengaruh langsung). Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh implikasi manajerial yaitu, untuk meningkatkan Happiness at Work sebaiknya karyawan lebih dilibatkan dan memberikan keterikatan emosional, untuk meningkatkan Organizational Learning Capability diharapkan organisasi lebih diberikan motivasi dan menyediakan fasilitas untuk menunjang pekerjaan, untuk meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior diharapkan organisasi memberikan keleluasaan kerja kepada karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan dan berbuat lebih terhadap organisasi.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of Happiness at Work on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Organizational Learning Capability. The sampling technique used a census with a total of 103 respondents, namely Rizen Premier Hotel employees at Puncak Cisarua Bogor. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis tools and SEM (Structural Equation Model). The total average descriptive statistics for Happiness at Work 4,148, for Organizational Learning Capability is 4,079, and for Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 4,258. Based on the results of testing the Happiness at Work hypothesis has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with an estimate value of 0.243, Happiness at Work has a positive influence on Organizational Learning Capability with an estimated value of 0.809, Organizational Learning Capability has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with an estimate value of 0.479, and Organizational Learning Capability mediates the influence of Happiness at Work on Organizational Citizenship with an estimated value of 0.387 (indirect effect)> 0.243 (direct influence). In this study, managerial implications are obtained, namely to improve Happiness at Work, employees should be more involved and provide emotional attachments, to improve Organizational Learning Capability, it is expected that the organization will be more motivated and provide facilities to support work, to improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior, it is expected that the organization provides work flexibility to employees in doing work and doing more towards the organization.
