P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh person organization fit terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh work engagement. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah person organization fit, variabel intervening adalah work engagement dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini turnover intention.Data diperoleh dari hasil kuisoner yang disebarkan kepada 150 di PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah sensus dengan 150 karyawan dan menggunakan alat analisis structural equation model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : Terdapat pengaruh positif person organization fit terhadap work engagement, Terdapat pengaruh negatif work engagement terhadap turnover intention, Terdapat pengaruh negatif person organization fit terhadap turnover intention dan Terdapat pengaruh person organization fit terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh work engagement.Person organization fit berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement dengan nilai estimasi 0,470, work engagement berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai estimasi sebesar -0,99, person organization fit berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai estimasi sebesar -0,122 dan person organization fit berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh work engagement dengan nilai estimasi sebesar -0,215.Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan agar perusahaan dapat memperhatikan person organization fit dan work engagement untuk dapat mencegah terjadinya turnover intention.

T This study aims to exemine and analyze the effects person organization fit to turnover intention mediated by work engagement. Independent variable in this research is person organization fit, intervening variable in this research is work engagement and dependent variable in this research is turnover intention.This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of person orgniazation fit to turnover intention mediated by work engagement at PT Charoen Phokphand Indonesia Tbk in Jakarta. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 150 employee Charoen Phokphand Indonesia Tbk in Jakarta. The method used is census with 150 employee and using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) as the analysis tool. The results of this study show that: There is positive influence of person organization fit to work engagement, There is negative influence of work engagement to turnover intention, There is negative influence of person organization fit to turnover intention and There is influence in person organizaiton fit to turnover intention mediated by work engagement.Person organization fit has positive effect on work engagament with the estimated value of 0.470, work engagement negatively affects on turnover intention with an estimated value of -0.199, person organization fit negatively affects on turnover intention with an estimated value of -0,122 and the effect of person organization fit to turnover intention mediated by work engagement with an estimated value of -0,215.Managerial implications that can be given so that companies can pay attention to person organization fit and work engagement to prevent turnover intention.
