P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Recruitment and Selection, Job Involvement, Organizational Commiment terhadap Knowledge Sharing Behavior. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dari karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisa regresi berganda. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan terdapat pengaruh positif recruitment and selection terhadap knowledge sharing behavior, terdapat pegaruh positif job involvement terhadap knowledge sharing behavior dan terdapat pengaruh negatif organizational commitment terhadap knowledge sharing behavior. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk manajer dalam meningkatkan job involvement karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan mentoring seminggu sekali, dimana karyawan lama mengajari karyawan baru dan untuk meningkatkan organizational commitment karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan reward kepada karyawan yang berprestasi dan melakukan promosi jabatan.

T The purpose of this research is to examine affect Recruitment and Selection, Job Involvement, Organizational Commitment to Knowledge Sharing Behavior. Respondents in this study are 100 respondents from employee’s of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk and the sampling method using purposive sampling and using descriptive statistical analysis methods (average) and multiple regression analysis. In this study, there was a positive influence between Recruitment and Selection on Knowledge Sharing Behavior, there was a positive affect of Job Involvement on Knowledge Sharing Behavior and there was a negative affect of Organizational Commitment on Knowledge Sharing Behavior. From the results of this study it is suggested for managers to improve Job Involvement of employees by providing mentoring once a week, where old employees teach new employees and to improve Organizational Commitments of employees by giving rewards to employees who have achievements and employment promotions.
