P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh High Performance Work System (HPWS), Employee motivation, Job Satisfaction terhadap Employee Performance. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 65 responden dari karyawan PT. Dakota Cargo dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisa regresi berganda. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil terdapat pengaruh positif antara High Performance Work System (HPWS) terhadap Employee Performance, terdapat pegaruh positif Employee Motivation terhadap Employee Performance dan terdapat pengaruh positif Job Satisfaction terhadap Employee Performance. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk manajer dalam meningkatkan Job Satisfaction karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan reward dan gaji yang sesuai dengan pekerjaan dan kinerja dan untuk meningkatkan High Performance Work System (HPWS) karyawan dapat diberikan wewenang untuk mengambil keputusan dan memberikan kinerja yang baik bagi perusahaan

T The purpose of this research is to examine affect High Performance Work System (HPWS), Employee Motivation, Job Satisfaction to Employee Performance. Respondents in this study with 65 respondents from employee’s of PT. Dakota Cargo and the sampling method using purposive sampling and using descriptive statistical analysis methods (average) and multiple regression analysis. In this study, there was a positive influence between High Performance Work System (HPWS) on Employee Performance, there was a positive affect of Employee Motivation on Employee Performance and there was a positive affect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. From the results of this study it is suggested for managers to improve Job Satisfaction of employees by giving rewards and salaries that are in accordance with work and performance and to improve High Performance Work System (HPWS) of employees can be authorized to make decisions and provide good performance for the company
