P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh 1) Pengaruh Cash Flow terhadap Agency Cost, 2) Pengaruh Agency cost terhadap Investment 3) PengaruhCashflow terhadap Investment dan 4) Pengaruh Cashflow terhadap Agency Cost yang dimoderasi oleh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Penelitian ini berfokus terhadap perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2017.Pemilihan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 35 sampel yang berfokus pada perusahaan yang mengikuti Sustainability Report. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresipanel dengan bantuan aplikasi olah data Eviews.Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Cash Flow berpengaruh terhadap Agency Cost, 2)Agency cost berpengaruh terhadap Investment 3) Cashflow tidak berpengaruh terhadap Investment dan 4) Cashflow berpengaruh (memperlemah) terhadap Agency Cost yang dimoderasi oleh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
