P PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang media luar ruang. Sebagai perusahaan me.dia luar ruang, PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama memiliki visi untuk mertjadi perusahaan yang besar dibidang Event Organiz.ar dan Promotor.Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam melakukan proses penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut mengidentifikasi tingkatan learning organization pada Divisi finance, Divisi marketing, Divisi HRD, Divisi Operasional, Mengidentifikasi nilai rata- rata dan menganalisa apakah terjadi perbedaan dalam suasana Leaming Organization pada masing-masing divisi, Mengidentifikasi nilai rata- rata dan menganalisa hubungan dari gaya kepemimpinan dengan learning organization di PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama, Memberikan usulan-usulan bagi perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan tingkatan learning organization dan tingkat penerapan gaya kepemimpinan di PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama Penelitian ini akan mengukur tingkatan learning organization dan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dilakukan di PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama. Proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara dan menggunakan kuesioner yaitu, kuesioner Learning Organization yang diadaptasi dari Dimension of the Learning Organization Questionnaire oleh Watkins dan Marsick (1997) dan kuesioner Gaya Kepemimpinan yang diadaptasi dari Multifactor Leadership Questionaire yang disusun oleh Bass (1990) dan Bass & Avolio (1995) dan dikemhangkan oleh G. Suprayitno (2004). Kuesioner tersebut disebarkan kepada seluruh divisi finance, divisi marketing, divisi HRD, divisi operasional pada PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama.Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu nilai rata-rata , serta korelasi Pearson. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah divisi finance, divisi marketing, divisi HRD, divisi operasional menghasilkan tingkatan learning organization masing-masing sebesar 4.099, 4.159, 4.167, dan 4.594 dari skala 1-6. Nilai tersebut menggambarkan bahwa PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama sudah cukup sering melakukan kegiatan proses pembelajaran di segala I tingkatan. Hasil pengukuran gaya kepemimpinan pada divisi finance, divisi marketing, divisi HRD, divisi operasional menghasilkan tingkat penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional masing-masing sebesar 3.206, 4.057, 3.783, dan 3.782 dari skala 1-5 berarti bahwa para pemimpin di PT, Delapan Citranusa Musiktama dipandang sudah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan baik . Dari hasil pengujian korelasi, temyata terdapat korelasi positif yang cukup kuat antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan learning organization. Oleh karena iru, untuk dapat meningkatkan tingkatan learning organization, para pemimpin di PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama sebaiknya lebih sering menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Karena dengan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional para pemimpin dapat mengembangkan kemampuan melalui peningkatan pengetahuan anggota organisasinya untuk memperbaiki cara bekerja agar mampu mencapai tujuan organisasi secara maksimal. Dari hasil analisa untuk divisi PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama memandang dengan membentuk beberapa grup atau tim kerja serta memberikankeleluasaan dan kebebasan pada setiap tim kerja untuk menggunakan kreatifitasnya , inovasi, penilaian , dan intuisinya, dapat melakukan pekerjaan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan memberikan sekumpulan prosedur formal, metode te1ientu, dan pengawa san ketat oleh manajemen pusat:

P PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama is a company which performs in outdoor Space Media business. As a outdoor Space Media business, PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama have a vision to become a major company of Event Organizer and Promoter business.However, the objective of this research is to identifying the learning organi2:ation of the Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Operational divisions; identifying average value and analyzing whether there is a difference in the Learning Organization climate on each division; identifying average value and analyzing the relationship of leadership style with learning organization of PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama; providing recommendations towards company to increase the learning organization and the implementation of leadership style levels. This research was measuring the learning organization level and the implementation of transformational leadership style of PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama Data collecting processes implemented in this research were by using interview and questionnaire, which are the Learning Organization Questionnaire which was adapted from the Dimension of The Learning Organization Questionnaire by Watkins and Marsick (1997) and the Leadership Style which was adapted from the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire which was arranged by Bass (1990) and Bass & Avolio (1995) and developed by G. Suprayitno (2004). Those questionnaires were distributed to all Finance, Marketing, Human Resotirces, and Operational divisions of PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama.Data collecting technique used here are: the average value, and the Pearson correlation Conclusion could be drawn from this research is the Finance, Marlceting, Human Resources, and Operational divisions have the learning organization level on each division of 4.099, 4.159, 4.167 and 4.594 of the 1-6 scale.Those values showed that PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama have oftentimes implementing the learning process on each level. The result of measurement towards leadership style on the Finance, Marlceting, Hwnan Resources, and Operational divisions showed that, the transformational leadership style implementation level are 3.206, 4.057, 3.783, and 3.782 of 1-5 scale, which means that, all leaders of PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama perceived has properly implemented the transformational leadership style. From the correlation result, it was observed that, there was a strong and positive correlation between the transformational leadership style and learning organization Therefore, in order to increase the learning organization, the leaders of PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama should be more often in implementing the transformational leadership style, developing the employee's ability through increasing the knowledge of the organization members to improve the way they perform their tasks and also to be able to be more optimum in achieving the company's goals. From the analyses results for the PT. Delapan Citranusa Musiktama divisions perceived by establishing several groups or working teams and also providing more freedom to each working team to use their creativities, innovations, assessments, and intuitions, thus, they could be better in performing their tasks compared by oviding a set of formal procedure, certain methods, and strict monitoring by the center management
