Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS for Windows versi 22.

I In Indonesia, the frequency of tinea pedis accounts for 67,7%. Fungal skin diseases are placed number three of the most frequent of all skin disease. Tinea pedis cases occurred in Indonesia in high number, due to the heat and humidity of the climate. Street cleaning service workers are considered to have several risk factors of tinea pedis as follows: wearing shoes for a whole day and general hygiene issues. In general, as more people are being exposed by the ideal environment for fungi to grow, more people would be infected by tinea pedis. Therefore, it is necessary to research aimed at determining the relation between length of work and tinea pedis incidence. The study uses an observational study with cross-sectional design with a sample of 50 street cleaning workers at Kelurahan Gandaria Utara, South Jakarta. Data were collected by questionnaires and collecting sampel from respondent’s feet for microscopic examination. Data analysis are using SPSS for Windows version 22. Pearson’s correlation test showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between length of work and work duration hours with tinea pedis incidence. This study showed a positive relationship between length of work and tinea pedis incidence. Increased length of work and work duration hours will increase the incidence of tinea pedis.
