P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Procedural Justice, Job Demand, Physical Environment terhadap Employee Well Being. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden dari karyawan Hotel Pranaya Boutique BSD dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisa regresi sederhana . Pada penelitian ini ditemukan terdapat pengaruh positif procedural justce terhadap employee well being, tidak terdapat pegaruh negatif job demand terhadap employee well being dan terdapat pengaruh positif physical environment terhadap employee well being. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk manajer dalam meningkatkan procedural justice perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan ruang diskusi antara serikat pekerja dengan perusahaan, ruang penyampaian aspirasi dengan melindungi identitas pengirim sebelum keputusan prosedural ditetapkan dan untuk mengurangi job demand pada karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan dan menghadirkan psikolog guna konseling terkait sumber-sumber yang menyebabkan tekanan terkait pekerjaan serta memperbesar peluang untuk masuk ke posisi manajerial bagi karyawan yang berprestasi dalam bekerja lintas fungsi serta karyawan yang sedang menempuh pendidikan lanjutan guna menambah pengetahuan serta kemampuan dalam bidang jasa khususnya dalam pelayanan hotel.

T The purpose of this research is to examine affect Procedural Justice, Job Demand, Physical Environment to Employee Well Being. Respondents in this study are 50 respondents from employee’s of Pranaya Boutique Hotel BSD and the sampling method using purposive sampling and using descriptive statistical analysis methods (average) and simple regression analysis tools. In this study, there was a positive influence between Procedural Justice on Employee Well Being, there was no negative affect of Job Demand on Employee Well Being and there was a positive affect of Physical Environment on Employee Well Being. From the results of this study it is suggested for managers to improve company procedural fairness it can be done by providing a discussion room between workers and the company, having an identity protection during the process of delivering aspirations before established procedural decisions and to decrease the effect of job demand of the employee , the company can try to provide and present psychologists in order to deal with the sources that cause job demand and increase opportunities for managerial positions for employees who excel in working across functions and employees who are pursuing further education in order to increase knowledge and skill in the service sector especially in hotel service.
