M Main Oil Pump (Pompa pelumasan utama) mempunyai peranan penting padapembangkit listrik karena posisinya yang di kopel langsung dengan turbin atau seporos dengan turbin. Pompa ini di gunakan sebagai pompa pelumasan pada bearing turbin. Perencanaan proses revitalisasi poros Main Oil Pump perlu dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur dan standar guna mencapai hasil baik. Perencanaan proses revitalisasi yang di lakukan antara lain, Machining (Pemesinan), Assembly,dan Welding (Pengelasan). Proses revitalisasi yang baik tidak lepas dari peranQuality Control. Dalam proses ini ada beberapa inspeksi yang berpengaruhterhadap kualitas dari poros itu sendiri. Diantaranya inspeksi proses tersebut adalah mengukur toleransi Runout, melaksanakan NDT (Non-Destructive Test), dan yang terakhir Balancing. Proses Quality Control tersebut di lakukan guna untuk menghindar penyimpangan ukuran, terjadinya cacat di area welding dan misalignment serta unbalance pada poros Main Oil Pump.

T The Main Oil Pump has an important role in the power plant because of its positioncoupled directly with the turbine. This pump is used as a lubrication pump onturbine bearings. Planning the revitalization process of the Main Oil Pump shaftneeds to be done in accordance with procedures and standards in order to achievegood results. The revitalization process planning is carried out, among others,Machining, Assembly, and Welding. A good revitalization process cannot beseparated from the role of Quality Control. In this process there are severalinspections that affect the quality of the shaft itself. Among these inspectionprocesses is measuring tolerance of runout, carrying out NDT (Non-DestructiveTest), and the last Balancing. The Quality Control process is carried out in orderto avoid deviations in size, the occurrence of defects in the welding area andmisalignment and unbalance on the Main Oil Pump shaft..
