P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Work-Family Demands terhadap Employee Well-Being (EWB) yang dimoderasi olehManagement/Supervisory Support pada program strata satu Fakultas Ekonomi danBisnis Universitas Trisakti. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang disebarkankepada 75 tenaga pendidikan dan tenaga non kependidikan pada Program Strata Satu Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive random sampling. Alat yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1. Terdapat pengaruh antara work-familydemands terhadap management/supervisory support dengan p-value 0,004 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar 0,104. 2. Terdapat pengaruh antara management supervisory support terhadap employee well-being (ewb) dengan p-value 0,001 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar 0,428. 3. Terdapat pengaruh antara work-family demands terhadap employee well-being (ewb) dengan p-value 0,000 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar -0,412.4. Management/Supervisory Support memoderasi antara work-family demandsdengan employee well-being (ewb) dengan p-value 0,000 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar 0,049. Implikasi manajerial pada penelitian ini yaitu sebaiknya Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti harus dapat memahami bagaimana untuk dapat memberikan pelatihan dan mengurangi tuntutan pekerjaan yang diberikan seperti memberikan fleksibilitas jam kerja dan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti dinilai harus lebih memperhatikan bagaimana keamanan yang harusnya diberikan seperti memberikan asuransi dan kompensasi yang jelas. Pimpinan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti dinilai perlu dapat menciptakan hubungan baik dan selalu memberikan dukungan kepada pada keseharian dalam melakukan pekerjaan.

T This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Work-FamilyDemands on Employee Well-Being (EWB) moderated by Management / SupervisorySupport on the bachelor programme Faculty of Economics and Business of TrisaktiUniversity. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 75education staff and non-education staff of the Undergraduate Program of the Facultyof Economics and Business, Trisakti University. The method used was purposiverandom sampling. The tool is a multiple regression analysis. The results of this studyindicate that: 1. there is an influence between work-family demands on supervisorymanagement / support with a p-value of 0.004 and estimated value (β) of 0.104. 2.there is an influence between management support for employee welfare (ewb) with p-value 0.001 and estimated value (β) of 0.428. 3. there is an influence between jobfamily demands on employee welfare (ewb) with a p-value of 0,000 and an estimated value (β) of -0.412. 4. Support Management / Supervisor moderates the influence between work-family demands and employee welfare (ewb) with a p-value of 0,000 and an estimated value (β) of 0.049. The managerial implication in this study is that the Trisakti University Faculty of Economics and Business should be able to understand how to be able to provide training and reduce the demands of the work provided such as providing flexibility of working hours and the Trisakti University Faculty of Economics and Business is considered to pay more attention to how security should be given such as giving clear insurance and compensation. The leadership of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Trisakti University is deemed necessary to be able to create good relationships and always provide support to everyday life in doing work.
