S Studi ini menganalisa pengaruh Human Capital terhadap Good Corporate Governance PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk dengan etika sebagai variabel moderasi. Human Capital akan diuji pengaruhnya terhadap Good Corporate Governance melalui Rewards Employee dan Value Creation. Terdapat 3 indikator untuk menganalisa Human Capital yaitu Employee Capability, Employee Satisfaction, Employee Commitment.Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 304 karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk yang sudah bekerja lebih dari 1 Tahun. Kuesioner yang disebarkan dirancang dengan menggunakan lima poin skala Likert. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Hasil pengujian hipotesa menunjukan bahwa Human Capital secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap Rewards Employee dan Value Creation, namun Rewards Employee dan Value Creation secara tidak langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Governance melalui Rewards Employee dan Value Creation dengan dan tanpa dimoderasi oleh etika.

T The purpose of this research is to analyzes the influence of Human Capital on Good Corporate Governance of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk with Ethics as moderating variable. Human Capital will be tested fot its influence on Good Corporate Governance through Rewards Employee and Value Creation. There are 3 indicators to analyze Human Capital namely Employee Capability, Employee Satisfaction and Employee Commitment.Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 304 employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk which has been working for more than 1 Year. The distributed questionnaire was designed using five Likert scale points. Analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results of hypothesis testing show that Human Capital directly affects Rewards Employee and Value Creation, but Rewards Employee and Value Creation indirectly have no effect on Good Corporate Governance through Rewards Employee and Value Creation with and without moderated by ethics.
