T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh student satisfaction terhadap student loyalty dan image terhadap student loyalty. Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden yaitu 250 responden yang sedang duduk dibangku perguruan tinggi di 3 Universitas ternama di Jakarta, yakni Universitas Trisakti, Universitas Indonesia (UI), Universitas Bina Nusantara. Data yang digunakan adalah data cross-sectional dan menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai metode pegambilan sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesa menunjukkan bahwa academic aspect, non-academic aspects, program issues, access, reputation berpengaruh positif terhadap student satisfaction, student satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap student loyalty dan university image berpengaruh positif terhadap student loyalty.

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of student to student satisfaction and the image of the student loyalty loyalty. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, 250 respondents who were sitting bench college in three well-known universities in Jakarta, Universitas Trisakti University of Indonesia (UI), Bina Nusantara University. The data used is the cross-sectional data and using purposive sampling as a method pegambilan sample. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The test results showed that the academic aspect hypothesis, non-academic aspects, program issues, access, reputation positive effect on student satisfaction, student satisfaction positive effect on loyalty and university student image positive effect on student loyalty.
