P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dining atmospheric terhadap dining satisfaction, dining atmospheric terhadap behavioral intention, dan dining satisfaction terhadap behavioral Intention.Metode teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan secara langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 250 responden dan diolah menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dining atmospheric terhadap dining satisfaction, dining atmospheric terhadap behavioral intention, dan dining satisfaction terhadap behavioral intention.Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas wilayah penelitian pada restoran fine dining lainnya di luar wilayah Jakarta kemudian hasilnya diperbandingkan antar restoran fine dining tersebut dan menambah variabel yang mempengaruhi Behavioral Intention seperti variabel Food Quality

T This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of dining atmospheric to dining satisfaction, dining atmospheric on behavioral intention, and dining satisfaction of the behavioral Intention. Methods of data collection techniques used is purposive sampling. Data is collected directly by distributing questionnaires to 250 respondents and processed using the method of analysis Structural Equation Model (SEM).Results from the study show that there is a positive influence on the dining atmospheric, dining satisfaction, dining atmospheric on behavioral intention, and dining satisfaction on behavioral intention. Future studies are recommended to expand the area of research on these other fine dining restaurants outside Jakarta and then the results are comparable between the fine-dining restaurant and add variables that affect Behavioral Intention such variables Food Quality.
