P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh pengaruh dukungan organisasi (Perceived Organizational Support) terhadap penyimpangan yang konstruktif (Constructive Deviance) yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan organisasi (Organizational Trust). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Tunas jaya Packindo dengan jumalah karyawan 126.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner yang didistribusikan kepada karyawan PT. Tunas Jaya Packindo yang terdiri dari departemen operasional, departemen pemasaran, departemen keuangan, dan departemen sumber daya manusia. Metode analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural melalui program AMOS 22.Hasil pengujian pengaruh positif dari Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Organizational Trust, diperoleh nilai signifikan (p-value) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar 0,631 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Organizational Trust. Hasil pengujian pengaruh positif dari Organizational Trust terhadap Constructive Deviance, diperoleh nilai signifikan (p-value) sebesar 0,000 < 0.05 dengan nilai estimate (β) sebesar 0,358. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Organizational Trust terhadap Constructive Deviance.Hasil pengujian pengaruh positif dari Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Constructive Deviance melalui Organizational Trust, diperoleh nilai signifikan (p-value) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai sebesar 0.219, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Constructive Deviance melalui Organizational Trust.

T This study aims to analyze Perceived Organizational Support against Constructive Deviance mediated by Organizational Trust. This research was conducted at PT. Tunas jaya Packindo with the number of employees 126.Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Tunas Jaya Packindo which consists of operational department, marketing department, finance department, and human resources department. Data analysis method using structural equation model through AMOS 22 program.Result of testing positive influence from Perceived Organizational Support to Organizational Trust, obtained significant value (p-value) equal to 0,000 < 0,05 and estimate value (β) equal to 0,631 so it can be concluded that there is positive and significant influence from Perceived Organizational Support to Organizational Trust . Result of testing positive influence of Organizational Trust to Constructive Deviance, obtained significant value (p-value) equal to 0.000 < 0.05 with estimate value (β) equal to 0,358. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Trust to Constructive Deviance. The test result of positive influence of Perceived Organizational Support to Constructive Deviance through Organizational Trust, obtained by significant value (p-value) 0.000 < 0,05 with value equal to 0.219 , so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support to Constructive Deviance through Organizational Trust
