P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Occupational Self Efficacy terhadap Work Performance yang di mediasi oleh intrinsic motivation pada karyawan PT Kalbe Farma di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dan dikumpulkan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Occupational Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Intrinsic Motivation, (2) Occupational SelfEfficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Performance, (3) Intrinsic motivation berperan sebagai mediator hubungan antara Occupational Self Efficacy dengan Work Performance

T The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Occupational Self Efficacy on Work Performance which mediated by Intrinsic Motivation on employees at PT Kalbe Farma Jakarta. The samples being used in this study is 100 respondents. The data collection method being used by this study is purposive sampling. The testing is conducted by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method. The findings of this study are: (1) Occupational Self Efficacy has a positive effect toward Intrinsic Motivation, (2) Occupational Self Efficacy has a positive effect toward Work performance, (3) Intrinsic Motivation serves as a mediator between Occupational Self Efficacy and Work Performance
