P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Resources Management Practice Dimension, Creativity terhadap Job Performance. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 responden dari karyawan PT Cabot Indonesia dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisa regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pengaruh positif Green Human Resource Management Practice Dimension terhadap Job Performance, diperoleh pengaruh positif Creativity terhadap Job Performance.Penelitian ini memberikan saran agar penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneiliti variabel lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat bermanfaat lain bagi perusahaan baik dilakukan pada sektor ataupun industri lainnya sehingga penelitian menjadi lebih beragam.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Human Resource Management Practice Dimension, Creativityon Job Performance. Respondents in this study amounted to 200 respondents from employees of PT Cabot Indonesia and the sampling method used purposive sampling. And using the method of descriptive statistical data analysis (average) and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study obtained positive Green Human Resource Management Practice Dimension influence on Job Performance, obtained a positive effect of Creativity on Job Performance.This study provides recommendations to make further research can meneiliti other variables that have not been examined in this study, it can be beneficial for both companies is done in other industries or sectors so that research into more diverse
