P PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. unit Palimanan, Cirebon, Jawa Barat akanmenetapkan standar parameter baru terhadap kadar batugamping sebagai bentukpengoptimalan kontrol kualitas bahan baku semen. Parameter yang digunakanadalah Lime Saturation Factor (LSF) karena nilai LSF mewakili perbandingankadar kalsium oksida (CaO) sebagai senyawa utama pembentuk semen terhadapsenyawa lain yaitu aluminium oksida (Al2O3), besi (III) oksida (Fe2O3), dansilikon dioksida (SiO2) pada batugamping. Data yang digunakan adalah dataprimer melalui sampling cutting pengeboran yang berjumlah 35 titik pada Kuari Cyang selanjutnya dianalis komposisi kadar kimia sampel menggunakan X-RayFluorescence Spectrometry (XRF). Analisis penyebaran nilai LSF menggunakanmetode geostatistik untuk menghasilkan estimasi nilai LSF yang tidak memihak(bias) dan variansi minimum berdasarkan data spasial tiap regional. Setelahmelalui uji baik suai (goodness of fitting test) metode Chi-Square dan statistikadeskriptif boxplot didapatkan distribusi data LSF pada Kuari C bersifatexponential dengan pencilan data berjumlah 4 data. Melalui trial and error,didapatkan eksperimental variogram model Exponential dengan nilai NuggetEffect = 100, Sill = 45000, Range = 250 meter dengan rata-rata error sebesar12,55% dan arah pencarian 135ï‚°. Berdasarkan model variogram, dilakukanestimasi pembobotan dengan ordinary kriging yang menghasilkan peta konturpenyebaran nilai LSF. Zonasi penyebaran nilai LSF kearah utara cenderungmeningkat dan memiliki kecenderungan menurun kearah tenggara.

The parameter used is Lime SaturationFactor (LSF) because the LSF value represents the ratio of Calcium Oxide (CaO)levels as the main compound forming cement to other compounds namelyAluminum Oxide (Al2O3), Iron (III) Oxide (Fe2O3), and silicon dioxide (SiO2) ) onlimestones. The data used are primary data through drilling cutting samplingwhich amounted to 35 points on Quarry C which subsequently carried outchemical composition samples using X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (XRF).Analysis of the spread of LSF values using the geostatistical method to produceunbiased estimation of LSF and minimum variance based on spatial data of eachregion. After going through the goodness of fitting test, the Chi-Square methodand boxplot descriptive statistics, it was obtained that the distribution of LSF dataon Kuari C was exponential with outliers of 4 data. Through trial and error, theexperimental varion model Exponential was obtained with the Nugget Effect value= 100, Sill = 45000, Range = 250 meters with an average error of 12.55% andthe search direction 135ï‚°. Based on the variogram model, an ordinary krigingweighting estimation is carried out which results in a contour map of the spreadof LSF values. The zoning of the spread of LSF values towards the north tends toincrease and has a tendency to decline towards the southeast.
