T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Antaseden dari Green Loyalty.Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 120 responden yang terdiri atas 96 responden melalui google docs dan 24 responden wawancara langsung, dengan menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data purposive sampling. Prosedur pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling. Validitas dan reliabilitas suatu model penelitian dapat diukur dengan menggunakan confirmatory factor dan exploratory Factor. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equational Model (SEM).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green image berpengaruh positif terhadap green loyalty, green image berpengaruh positif terhadap green satisfaction, green satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap green loyalty, green image berpengaruh positif terhadap green trust, green trust berpengaruh positif terhadap green loyalty, green trust berpengaruh positif terhadap green satisfaction.Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya adalah meneliti industri hotel lain yang menerapkan konsep ramah lingkungan, menambahkan jumlah sampel dan menambahkan variabel lain yaitu Green Perceived Quality dan Green Perceived Risk (Chen dan Chang, 2013).

T The purpose of this study is to determine the Impact Antecedents of Green Loyalty in Hotel Industry.Questionnaires were distributed to 120 respondents composed of 96 respondents with google docs and 24 respondents direct interviews by using purposive sampling technique. Non probability sampling were used as the data collecting method. The validity and reliability of a research model can be measured with confirmatory factor and exploratory factor. The data analysis’s method was Structural Equation Model (SEM).The result shows that green image positively influencing green loyalty, green image had a positive effect toward green satisfaction, green satisfaction had a positive effect toward green loyalty, green image had a positive effect toward green trust, green trust had a positive effect toward green loyalty, green trust had a positive effect toward green satisfaction.For future research is suggested to research other Hotel Industries that implement environmentally friendly concepts, add numbers of respondents and add other variables such as Green Perceived Quality dan Green Perceived Risk (Chen and Chang, 2013).
