P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Reputasi Perusahaan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dimediasi oleh Komitmen Afektif. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 52 karyawan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Trisakti. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling Technique. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis yaitu Path Analysis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) terdapat pengaruh antara Reputasi Perusahaan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 2) terdapatpengaruh Reputasi Perusahaan terhadap Komitmen Afektif, 3) tidak terdapat pengaruh Komitmen Afektif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan 4) tidak terdapat pengaruh Reputasi Perusahaan terhadap pengaruh Reputasi Perusahaan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior yang dimediasi oleh komitmen Afektif.

T The purpose of this research is to analyze the Influence of Reputation toOrganizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Affective Commitment on theemployees of Faculty Economics Trisakti University. The data were obtained fromdistributing questionnaires to 52 employees of Faculty Economics TrisaktiUniversity. The sampling technique used was Probability Sampling Technique. Thisstudy used path analysis.The results of this study indicates that : 1 ) there is a significant relationshipbetween Corporate Reputation to Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 2 ) there is asignificant relationship between Corporate Reputation to Affective Commitment, (3)there is no significant relationship between Affective Commitment to OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior and 4) there is no significant relationship between CorporateReputation to Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediating of Affective Commitment.
