T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis transformational leadership pada karyawan PT. XL Axiata, Tbk di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis job performance pada karyawan PT. XL Axiata, Tbk di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis employee work engagement pada karyawan PT. XL Axiata, Tbk di Jakarta, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap job performance melalui employee work engagement pada karyawan divisi Human Capital and Facility Management PT. XL Axiata, Tbk di Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dari enam puluh karyawan divisi Human Capital and Facility Manajement PT. XL Axiata, Tbk di Jakarta yang berpartisipasi di dalam penelitian ini. Metode teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sensus. Hasil menjelaskan bahwa transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta diperoleh sebesar 0,457 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000, transformational leadership style memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee work engagement ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta diperoleh sebesar 0,273 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,035, employee work engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta diperoleh sebesar 0,760 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000, dan transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance melalui employee work engagement ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta diperoleh sebesar 0,269 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002.

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the transformational leadership on employees of PT. XL Axiata Tbk in Jakarta, to analyze job performance of employees of PT. XL Axiata Tbk in Jakarta, to analyze employee engagement work on the employees of PT. XL Axiata Tbk in Jakarta, and to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on job performance through employee engagement work in Human Capital division employees and Facility Management PT. XL Axiata Tbk in Jakarta. Data were collected from sixty employees Division of Human Capital and Facility Management of PT. XL Axiata Tbk in Jakarta who participated in this study. Methods of data collection techniques used is the census. The results explain that transformational leadership has a positive influence on job performance indicated by the beta value obtained at 0.457 and significant value of 0.000, transformational leadership style has a positive effect on employee work engagement is indicated by the beta value obtained at 0.273 and significant value of 0.035, employee work engagement have a positive influence on job performance indicated by the beta value obtained was 0.760 and significant value of 0.000, and transformational leadership has a positive influence on job performance through employee engagement work is shown with a beta value obtained was 0.269 and significant value of 0.002.
