P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Organization Mission Fullfilment, Perceived Organization Support, Work Engagement dan Job Performance. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh Organization Mission Fullfilment dan Perceived Organization Support terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi oleh work engagement pada Dealer Honda Auto, Serang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Dealer Honda Auto, Serang yang terdiri dari 156 sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan menggunakan Amos Versi 16.0 dan SPSS Versi 21. Hasil statistik deskriptif Organization Mission Fullfilment memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,9968, hasil statistik deskriptif Perceived Organization Support memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,0727, hasil statistik deskriptif Job Performance memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,1026 dan hasil statistik deskriptif Work Engagement memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,1659. Hasil pengaruh positif antara Organization Mission Fullfilment dengan Work Engagement menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang dapat dilihat melalui nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil pengaruh positif antara Perceived Organization Support dengan Work Engagement menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang dapat dilihat melalui nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil pengaruh positif antara Work Engagement dengan Job Performance menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang dapat dilihat melalui nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil Work engagement akan memediasi hubungan antara Organizational mission fulfillment dan Perceived organizational support terhadap Job Performance menunjukkan nilai estimasi sebesar 0.277 untuk hubungan Organizational Mission Fulfillmen terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi Work Engagement dan nilai estimesi sebesar 0.310 hubungan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi Work Engagement dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05

T This study aims to analyze organizational mission fulfillment, perceived organizational support, work engagement, job performance and analyze the effect organizational mission fulfillment and perceived organizational support on job performance the mediating of work engagement at Honda Auto Serang, Kota Serang.. Respondents in this study were employees of Honda Auto Serang, Kota Serang, consisting of 156 respondents. Data analysis method used is to use descriptive statistics as well as SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Results of testing of organization mission fullfilment has an average of 3,9668, while the results of descriptive statistics to demonstrate the perceived organizational support average value of 4,0727 and job performance has an average of 4,1026, and the results of testing work engagement has an average of 4,1659. The results of testing the influence of organization mission fullfilment towards work engagement indicates that, organization mission fullfilment has an influence towards work engagement with a p-value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, from testing the influence of perceived organizational support towards work engagement shows that, perceived organization support has an influence towards work engagement with a p-value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, from the results of the testing work engagement to job performance indicates that, there is an influence of work engagement towards job performance with a p-value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. The results of testing the influence of organization mission fulfillment and perceived organization support towards job performance mediated by work engagement, indicate that work engagement can mediate the influence of organization mission fulfillment and perceived organization support towards job performance with estimated value of 0.277. The results of testing the influence of organization mission fulfillment towards job performance mediated by work engagement, indicate that work engagement can mediate the influence of organization mission fulfillment towards job performance with estimated value of 0.310. The results of testing the influence perceived organizational support towards job performance mediated by work engagement, indicate that work engagement can mediate the influence of perceived organizational support towards job performance with value of p-value smaller than 0.05.
