T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan divisi marketing PT Bucheeri Indonesia di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis psychological empowerment pada karyawan divisi marketing PT Bucheeri Indonesia di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis affective commitment pada karyawan divisi marketing PT Bucheeri Indonesia di Jakarta, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior dan psychological empowerment terhadap affective commitment pada karyawan divisi marketing PT Bucheeri Indonesia di Jakarta.Data dikumpulkan dari 85 karyawan divisi marketing PT Bucheeri Indonesia di Jakarta sebagai responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS.Hasil menjelaskan bahwa responden memiliki pernyataan setuju terhadap organizational citizenship behavior ditunjukkan dengan nilai statistik deskriptif sebesar 4,62, responden memiliki pernyataan setuju terhadap psychological empowerment ditunjukkan dengan nilai statistik deskriptif sebesar 4,61, dan responden memiliki pernyataan setuju terhadap affective commitment ditunjukkan dengan nilai statistik deskriptif sebesar 4,78.

T The purpose of this study was analyzed the organizational citizenship behavior on the employees of the marketing division of PT Bucheeri Indonesia in Jakarta, was analyzed the psychological empowerment on employee marketing division of PT Bucheeri Indonesia in Jakarta, was analyzed affective commitment to the employees of the marketing division of PT Bucheeri Indonesia in Jakarta, and was analyzed the effect of organizational citizenship behavior, psychological empowerment, and affective commitment of marketing division employee’s Bucheeri Indonesia company in Jakarta.Data were collected from 85 employees of marketing division employee’s Bucheeri Indonesia company as the respondents. The sampling data collection technique used was purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using SPSS.The results explain that the respondents have agreed statement on organizational citizenship behavior showed with descriptive statistics of 4,62, the respondents have agreed statement of the psychological empowerment showed with descriptive statistic of 4,61, and the respondent has agreed statement against affective commitment shown by the statistics descriptive of 4,78.
