P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Training Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 115 responden Karyawan PT Pertamina Training & Consulting di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan sensus. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis SEM (Sturctural Equation Model). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) tidak terdapat pengaruhantara Training Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention. (2) terdapat pengaruh antara Traning Satisfaction terhadap Work Engagement. (3) tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Work Engagement terhadap turnover intention. (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh Training Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement.

P Purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Training Satisfaction towardsTurnover Intention mediated by Work Engagement. Data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 115 respondents at PT. Pertamina Training & Consulting ,Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research is sensus. This research using SEM analysis tool (Structural Equation Model). Hypothesis testing results indicate: (1) there is no intermediate influence among Training Satisfaction towards Turnover Intention. (2) there is no intermediate influence among Traning Satisfaction towards Work Engagement. (3) there is no intermediate influence among Work Engagement towards turnover intention.(4) there is no intermediate influence among Training Satisfaction towards TurnoverIntention mediated by Work Engagement.
