P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis employee voice, organizational commitment employee engagement, work motivation, di PT General Laju Jakarta dan menganalisis pengaruh employee voice terhadap organizational commitment, employee engagement, work motivation pada karyawan PT General Laju Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sensus dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke seluruh karyawan PT general Laju Jakarta yang berjumlah 55 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program software SPSS 21. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa employee voice berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment , yang kemudian employee voice berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement, yang kemudian employee voice berpengaruh positif terhadap work motivation. Manfaat penelitian dapat dijadikan informasi bagi perusahaan dan sebagai dasar acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan adalah agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan organizational commitment, employee engagement, work motivation.

T This study aims analyze to employee voice, organizational commitment, employee engagement, work motivation, at PT General Laju Jakarta and analyze the impact of employee voice, organizational commitment, employee engagement, work motivation at employee PT General Laju Jakarta. The sampling method is used to spread the cencus questionnaire at all employees PT General laju Jakarta totaling 55 employees. Data analysis method used is by using descriptive statistics analysis and simple linier regression with SPSS 21. Based on the result of hypothesis testing it can be concluded that employee voice has positive impact on organizational commitment, employee voice has positive impact on employee engagement, employee voice has positive impact on work motivation. The results of this study can be use as theoretical implications for futher study. As the practical implications can be used to the company to increase organizational commitment, employee engagement, work motivation.
