P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformationalleadership terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh leader-member exchange dan psychological contract breach pada karyawan back office di YELLO Hotel Harmoni. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 195 responden karyawan back office YELLO Hotel Harmoni. Metode pengambilansampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah hypothesis testing dengan structural equation model (SEM) sebagai alat analisisnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap leader-member exchange dengan nilai estimate sebesar 0.598, leader-member exchange berpengaruh negatif terhadap psychological contract breach dengan nilai estimate sebesar -0.252, psychological contract breach berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai estimate sebesar 4.830, transformational leadership berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh leader-member exchange dan psychological contract breach dengan nilai estimate sebesar 0.133. saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjutagar menambahkan beberapa variabel dan penelitian dilakukan di sektor jasa lainnya.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership onturnover intention mediated by leader-member exchange and psychological contractbreach on back office employees of YELLO Hotel Harmoni. Data obtained directly bydistributing questionnaires to 195 respondents at YELLO Hotel Harmoni. Thesampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling. The design of thestudy is hypothesis testing with structural equation modeling (SEM) as a tool ofanalysis. The findings are the transformational leadership has a positive influence on leader-member exchange with estimated value of 0.598, leader-member exchange has a negative influence on psychological contract breach with the estimated value of - 0.252, psychological contract breach has a positive influence on turnover intention with the estimated value of 4.830, transformational leadership influence on turnover intention mediated by leader-member exchange and psychological contract breach.Suggestions for further research in order to add some variables and research carried out in other service sectors.
