P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Stress terhadap Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, dan Organizational Commitment. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 133 yang diperoleh melalui rumus Slovin dari total 200 karyawan PT ASTRA OTOPARTS Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi sederhana. Total nilai rata-rata statistik deskriptif untuk Job Stress 2.96, untuk Job Satisfaction sebesar 3.16, untuk Employee Engagement sebesar 2.79 dan untuk Organizational Commitment sebesar 2.81. berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis Job Stress berpengaruh negatif terhadap Job Satisfation dengan nilai estimate -0.723, Job Stress berpengaruh negatif terhadap Employee Engagement dengan nilai estimate -0.863, Job Stress berpengaruh negatif terhadap Organizational Commitment dengan nilai estimate -0.858. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh implikasi manajerial yaitu, dalam mengurangi Job Stress sebaiknya perusahaan meninjau kembali faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stress pada karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan Job Satisfaction sebaiknya perusahaan mengevaluasi tugas-tugas yang diberikan kepada karyawan serta meninjau kembali kesesuaian jam kerja dan gaji karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan Employee Engagement sebaiknya perusahaan terus melibatkan karyawannya dalam pengambilan beberapa keputusan, dan memberikan reward atas pekerjaan karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan Organizational Commitment sebaiknya perusahaan memberikan dukungan berupa apresiasi terhadap apa yang dikerjakan karyawan.

P Purpose of this study aims to analyze the influence of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling and distributing questionnaires to 133 respondent by using Slovin’s Theory with a total respondent of 200 employees at PT ASTRA OTOPARTS Tbk. This research using statistic descriptive and simple regression analysis tools. Total average value for statistic descriptive of Job Stress is 2.96, for Job Satisfaction is 3.16, for Employee Engagement is 2.79 and for Organizational Commitment is 2.81. Based on the result of hypothesis testing it can be concluded that Job Stress have negative influence on Job Satisfaction with estimate value -0.723, Job Stress have negative influence on Employee Engagement with estimate value -0.863, and Job Stress have negative influence on Organizational Commitment with estimate value -0.858. from this study obtained the managerial implications, in decreasing Job Stress firms should be able to evaluate factors that could caused Job Stress. In order to increase Job Satisfaction firms should evaluate assignments, working hours and salary that is given to employees. Additionally, to increase Employee Engagement firms should include employees in decision making and give reward to their employees, also to increase Organizational Commitment firms should give support in the form of appreciation towards the work that has been done by their employees.
