P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan gender (X) terhadap Servant Leadership (Yl) dan Traditional Leadership (Y2) di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Survei dengan menggunakan Daftar Pertanyaan (Kuesioner) terhadap ke 50 (lima puluh) Kepala Sekolah yang ada dilingkungan Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Jakarta Timur. Pengumpulan data dengan Kuesioner pertanyaan/pemyataan variabel gender (X), dengan masing-masing 20 (dua puluh) butir pertanyaan/pemyataan, hal ini untuk mendapatkan data Servant Leadership (Yl) dan Traditional Leadership (Y2). Pengolahan datanya menggunakan program SPSS versi 15,0 for windows. Hasil penelitian yang diperolah setelah dilakukan penelitian ini adalah pertama terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gender terhadap Servant Leadership dan Traditional Leadership akan tetapi mayoritas responden memilih Servant Leaderhsip. Kedua terdapat perbedaan persepsi Servant Leadership yang signifikan antara pria dan wanita. Ketiga terdapat perbedaan persepsi Traditional Leadership yang signifikan antara pria dan wanita. Keempat terdapat perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan antara Servant Leadership dengan Traditional Leadership dan seorang kepala Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Jakarta timur lebih memilih Servant Leadership.

T This study aims to identify the influence of gender difference (X) to Servant Leadership (Yl) and Traditional Leadership (Y2) in Senior High Schools in East Jakarta. The research method used was survey by using the List of Questions (questionnaire) of the 50 (fifty) Principal Senior High Schools in East Jakarta. Data collection with questionnaire question I statement gender variable (X), with each of the 20 (twenty) points question I statement, this is to get the data Servant Leadership (Yl) and Traditional Leadership (Y2). Processing the data using SPSS version 15.0 for windows. The results are obtained after this study was first, carried out a significant difference between the gender of the Traditional Leadership and Servant Leadership, but the majority of respondents chose Servant Leadership. Secondly there are differences in perception of Servant Leadership, which significantly between men and women. Thirdly there are differences in perception of Traditional Leadership significantly between men and women. Fourth there is an average difference of significance between Servant Leadership with Traditional Leadership and a head of State High School in east Jakarta prefer Servant Leadership.
