P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh hospitality job characteristic terhadap job stress yang di mediasi oleh family interfering with work dan family support pada Hotel Whiz Prime Kelapa Gading. Variabel yang digunakan antara lain: hospitality job characteristic, job stress, family interfering with work, dan family support. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan 105 kuesioner kepada para pegawai yang bekerja di Hotel Whiz Prime Kelapa Gading. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multiple Regression, diperoleh melalui SPSS.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa hospitality job characteristic tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap job stress dan family interfering with work conflict, family support tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap family interfering with work, family interfering with work conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap job stress. Penelitian ini mendapatkan implikasi bagi pihak manajer Hotel Whiz Prime KelapaGading untuk lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan setiap karyawan dan tidak terlalu membebankan pekerjaan serta meningkatkan lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan bagi para karyawan, maka manajer harus memperhatikan variabel-variabel seperti hospitality job characteristic, job stress, family interfering with work, family support.

T This study aimed to test the effect of job hospitality characteristic of the jobstress mediated by family interfering with work and family support at the Hotel WhizPrime Kelapa Gading. The variables used include: hospitality job characteristic, jobstress, family interfering with work, and family support. The research data wasobtained by distributing 105 questionnaires to employees who work at the HotelWhiz Prime Kelapa Gading. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Theanalytical tool used in this research is Multiple Regression, obtained through SPSS.Hypothesis testing results showed that the characteristic hospitality job no positiveeffect towards the job stress and family interfering with work conflict, family supportis no positive effect towards the family interfering with work, family interfering withwork conflict is positive effect towards the job stress. The research had implicationsfor the manager of the Hotel Whiz Prime Kelapa Gading to be more attentive to theneeds of each employee and is less demanding jobs and improve the workenvironment pleasant for employees, then the manager must consider variables such as hospitality job characteristic, job stress, family interfering with work, familysupport.
