I In the management of oil and gas fields, production forecasting is needed to find out the steps to be taken in the future. Therefore, in this study the prediction of the potential of wells with the water oil method is predicted. Predicting the potential of the well referred to in this study is to predict the estimated ultimate recovery value (EUR) or cumulative oil production in the future. The PHN field has a well problem in the form of excess water production and after being analyzed using Chan’s Diagnostic Plot, it was found that the well at PHN Field experienced water channeling. The types of water channeling are PHN-1, PHN-2, and PHN-5 wells having nearwellbore channeling, then PHN-4 wells experience normal displacement with high WOR and PHN-3 wells experiencing rapid channeling After knowing the type of water problem, predictions of the potential of wells (cumulative maximum production) both wells experience normal water channeling and wells or no problems. Prediction of well potential in the form of cumulative maximum production value or Estimated Ultimate Recovery (EUR) is obtained by the water oil ratio method. This method uses five plots including water cut, oil fraction, cumulative WOR, cumulative watercut, and lastly 1) compared to each with maximum cumulative production. Then after it was discovered that the EUR value of each well experienced both water and abnormal problems, it was found to lose the cumulative prediction of the production of each well. The largest EUR loss was seen from PHN-2 Well with a total loss of 4860,982 STB. PHN-1, PHN-3, PHN-4, and PHN-5 wells with total cumulative losses of maximum production, respectively 551,267 STB; 2522,196STB; 999,051 STB; 12,536 STB.
