P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Transformation Leadership,Employee Empowerment, Employee Engagement terhadap EmployeePerformance . Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden dari PTKORINDO Branch Merauke Papua dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakanregresi berganda serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (ratarata).Pada penelitian ini ditemukan tidak terdapat pengaruh positif Transformationleadership terhadap employee performance, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif employeeempowerment terhadap employee performance, terdapat pengaruh positif employeeengagement terhadap employee performance.Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk manajer dalam meningkatkan employeeperformance dengan cara perusahaan perlu menenakankan dalam tranformationleadership dan emplyee empowerment seperti menerapkan secara kuat pelatihan danpengembangan, meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dengan membagikan informasisecara luas, merencakan dan mengembangan karir karyawan,dan membuat suasanayang baik untuk memperluas saran kreatif karyawan.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Transformation Leadership, EmployeeEmpowerment, Employee Engagement on Employee Performance. Respondents inthis study amounted to 50 respondents from PT KORINDO Merauke Papua Branchand the sampling method using multiple regression and using descriptive statisticaldata analysis methods (average). In this study no positive effect was found onleadership transformation on employee performance, there was no positive effect onemployee empowerment on employee performance, there was a positive effect onemployee involvement on employee performance.From the results of this study, it is recommended for managers to improve employeeperformance in ways that need to be emphasized by the company in transformingleadership and empowering employees such as implementing strong training anddevelopment, increasing employee involvement by sharing information widely,planning and developing employee careers, and creating a good atmosphere toexpand employee creative advice.
