P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh GHRM Practice, Job Related Anxiety terhadap Job Performance. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 154 responden dari karyawan PT Surveyor Indonesia dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisa regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pengaruh positif GHRM Practice terhadap Job Performance, diperoleh pengaruh positif Job Related Anxiety terhadap Job Performance. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar diadakan program gathering yang di adakan oleh PT Surveyor Indonesia dan hasil penelitian yang disarankan pula dengan menerapkan konsep paperless.Penelitian ini memberikan saran agar penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneiliti variabel lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat bermanfaat lain bagi perusahaan baik dilakukan pada sektor ataupun industri lainnya sehingga penelitian menjadi lebih beragam.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of GHRM Practice, Job Related Anxiety on Job Performance. Respondents in this study amounted to 154 respondents from employees of PT Surveyor Indonesia and the sampling method used purposive sampling. And using the method of descriptive statistical data analysis (average) and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study obtained positive GHRM Practice influence on Job Performance, obtained a positive effect of Job Related Anxiety on Job Performance. From the results of this study, it is recommended that a gathering program be held by PT Surveyor Indonesia and the results of research suggested also by applying the paperless concept. This study provides recommendations to make further research can meneiliti other variables that have not been examined in this study, it can be beneficial for both companies is done in other industries or sectors so that research into more diverse.
