P Penentuan karakteristik dari suatu reservoir merupakan parameter yang diperlukan dalam mendeskripsikan suatu reservoir. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dari suatu reservoir adalah dengan analisis tekanan transien yang kegiatannya dinamakan dengan Pressure Build Up Test. Nilai karakteristik pada analisis tekanan transien dapat ditinjau dari beberapa metode diantaranya Pressure Derivative dan Horner Plot. Parameter yang dapat diketahui dari Pressure Build Up Test berupa jenis reservoir, batas reservoir, tekanan reservoir, permeability thickness, permeabilitas, faktor skin, flow efficiency, radius investigasi, dan parameter lain seperti omega dan lambda untuk reservoir dual porosity serta laju alir maksimal minyak berdasarkan kurva Inflow Performance Relationship. Penelitian tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai analisis Pressure Build Up Test yang dilakukan pada Sumur X-1 dan Sumur X-2. Kedua sumur yang terletak di Lapangan Y, Kabupaten Tuban, Provinsi Jawa Timur tersebut letaknya berdekatan dan memiliki reservoir yang tersusun dari batuan karbonat. Data reservoir Sumur X-1 adalah viskositas minyak sebesar 0,4 cp, kompresibilitas sebesar 1,3ï‚´10-5, dan faktor volume formasi sebesar 1,7 bbl/stb. Sedangkan data petrofisik Sumur X-1 adalah ketebalan lapisan sebesar 54,2 ft, porositas sebesar 16,7%, dan jari-jari sumur sebesar 0,6 ft. Data reservoir Sumur X-2 adalah viskositas minyak sebesar 0,429 cp, kompresibilitas sebesar 1,3ï‚´10-5 dan faktor volume formasi sebesar 1,7 bbl/stb sedangkan data petrofisik Sumur X-2 adalah ketebalan lapisan sebesar 58,5 ft, porositas sebesar 17,5%, dan jari-jari sumur 0,6 ft. Analisis Pressure Build Up Test dilakukan dengan metode Pressure Derivative dan Horner Plot menggunakan software Ecrin dan metode manual dengan Ms. Excel. Berdasarkan analisis pada Sumur X-1 dan Sumur X-2 menunjukkan jenis reservoir dual porosity yang telah mencapai periode late time. Karakteristik formasi berdasarkan analisis pada Sumur X-1 adalah tekanan reservoir sebesar 2.629 psi, permeability thickness sebesar 8.200 mD.ft, permeabilitas sebesar 151 mD, total skin sebesar 3,7, flow efficiency sebesar 0,67, radius investigasi sebesar 3.088 ft, omega sebesar 0,002, lambda sebesar 2,61ï‚´10-7 sedangkan pada Sumur X-2 diperoleh karakteristik formasi yaitu tekanan reservoir sebesar 2.907 psi, permeability thickness sebesar 13.200 mD.ft, permeabilitas sebesar 226 mD, total skin sebesar 4,1, flow efficiency sebesar 0,63, radius investigasi sebesar 2.440 ft, omega sebesar 0,114 dan lambda sebesar 4,1 ï‚´ 10-6 . Berdasarkan analisis kurva IPR, laju alir maksimal minyak Sumur X-1 dan Sumur X-2 adalah sebesar 10.715 bpd dan 18.096 bpd. Apabila dilakukan stimulasi hingga kondisi faktor skin menjadi normal maka laju alir maksimal minyak Sumur X-1 dan Sumur X-2 dapat ditingkatkan menjadi 11.439 bpd dan 26.264 bpd.

D Determination of the characteristics of a reservoir is a parameter that is needed in describing a reservoir. The way to find out the characteristics of a reservoir is by transient pressure analysis whose activities are called the Pressure Build Up Test. Characteristic values in transient pressure analysis can be viewed from several methods including Horner Plot, derivative, and curve matching type. Parameters that can be identified from the Pressure Build Up Test are reservoir type, reservoir limit, reservoir pressure, permeability thickness, permeability, skin factor, flow efficiency, radius of investigation, and other parameters such as omega and lambda for reservoir dual porosity and maximum flow rate of oil based Inflow Performance Relationship curve. This final project research discusses the analysis of Pressure Build Up Test on X-1 Well and X-2 Well. The wells located in Y Field, Tuban, East Java have reservoirs composed of carbonate rocks. Based on the results of laboratory analysis measured at a pressure of 2.629 psi and temperature of 268,5°F, the reservoir data of X-1 well is oil viscosity of 0,4 cp, compressibility of 1,310-5 and volume formation factor of 1,7 bbl/stb. While the petrophysical data of X-1 Well is layer thickness of 54,23 ft, porosity of 16,7%, and well radius of 0,6 ft. Based on the results of laboratory analysis measured at a pressure of 2.907 psi and a temperature of 91°F, the reservoir data of X-2 well is oil viscosity of 0,4 cp, compressibility of 1,310-5 and formation volume factor of 1,657 bbl/stb while petrophysic data X-2 well is the layer thickness of 58,5 ft, porosity of 17,5%, and the radius of the well of 0,6 ft. Pressure Build Up Test analysis was carried out using Horner Plot, derivative, and type curve matching using Ecrin and manual methods with Ms. Excel. Based on the analysis of the X-1 Well and X-2 Well, it shows the dual porosity reservoir type that has reached the late time period. The characteristics of the formation based on the analysis of the X-1 Well are reservoir pressure of 2.629 psi, permeability thickness of 8.200 mD.ft, permeability of 151 mD, skin factor of 3,73, flow efficiency of 0,67, investigation radius of 3.085 ft, omega by 0,002, lambda by 2,6110-7 while in the X-2 well the formation characteristics obtained are reservoir pressure of 2.907 psi, permeability thickness of 13.200 mD.ft, permeability of 226 mD, skin factor is 4,1, flow efficiency is 0,63, investigation radius is 2.440 ft, omega is 0,114 and lambda is 4,110-6. The maximum flow rate of oil X-1 Well and X-2 Well is 10.715 bpd and 18.096 bpd. When stimulated until the skin factor conditions become normal, the maximum oil flow rate of the X-1 Well and X-2 Well are 11.439 bpd and 26.264 bpd.
