T Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh ethical leadershipstrategic human capital dan strategic competence, terhadap organizational performanceyang dimediasi organizational citizenship behavior Pusat Misi Pemeliharaan PerdamaianTentara NasionaI Indonesia.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujianhipotesis. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikankepada 184 Personel Pusat Misi Pemeliharaan Perdamaian Tentara NasionaI Indonesia.Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS dan PLS.3.30 dengan metode analisismultivariat Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil dari penelitian ini pengaruh langsung variabel ethical leadership, strategichuman capital dan strategic competence berpengaruh positif terhadap organizationalperformance. Variabel strategic competence paling kuat berpengaruh positif terhadaporganizational performance dan organizational citizenship behavior. Pengaruh tidaklangsung ethical leadership, strategic human capital dan strategic competence terhadaporganizational performance melalui organizational citizenship behavior hasilnya adalahmendukung dan positif. Pengaruh yang paling kuat pada variabel strategic competenceterhadap organizational performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational citizenshipbehavior.Implikasi penelitian, bahwa perkembangan Pasukan Pusat Misi PemeliharaanPerdamaian secara keseluruhan akan menimbulkan kebijakan umum untuk meningkatkanethical leadership, strategic human capital, strategic competence serta mempertahankanstrategi dan juga pengembangan organisasi dalam upaya peningkatan organizationalperformance khususnya pada personel Pusat Misi Pemeliharaan Perdamaian. Hasilpenelitian ini memperkuat pengaruh secara signifikan positif ethical leadership,strategic competence, terhadap organizational performance Pusat Misi PemeliharaanPerdamaian Tentara NasionaI Indonesia. Organizational citizenship behavior sebagaimediasi terhadap strategic human capital mampu meningkatkan organizationalperformance Pusat Misi Pemeliharaan Perdamaian Tentara NasionaI Indonesia.

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of ethical leadership,strategic human capital and strategic competence on organizational performancemediated by organizational citizenship behavior of the Indonesian National ArmyPeacekeeping Mission Center.The research method used in this study is hypothesis testing. This study isquantitative, using a questionnaire given to 184 Indonesian National Army PeacekeepingMission Center Personnel. Data analysis using SPSS and PLS.3.30 software with theStructural Equation Model (SEM) multivariate analysis method.The results of this study show that the direct influence of ethical leadership,strategic human capital and strategic competence variables has a positive effect onorganizational performance. The strategic competence variable has the strongest positiveeffect on organizational performance and organizational citizenship behavior. Theindirect influence of ethical leadership, strategic human capital and strategic competenceon organizational performance through organizational citizenship behavior is supportiveand positive. The strongest influence on the strategic competence variable onorganizational performance is mediated by organizational citizenship behavior.The implications of the study are that the development of the PeacekeepingMission Center Troops will lead to general policies to improve ethical leadership,strategic human capital, strategic competence and maintain strategies andorganizational development in an effort to improve organizational performance,especially for Peacekeeping Mission Center personnel. The results of this studystrengthen the significant positive influence of ethical leadership, strategic competence,on organizational performance of the Indonesian National Army Peacekeeping MissionCenter. Organizational citizenship behavior as a mediation of strategic human capitalcan improve organizational performance of the Indonesian National Army PeacekeepingMission Center.
