P Penyusunan laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran liaison officer(lo) pada penyelenggaraan event bca ashique fest 2025 oleh bank central asia(bca) yang mengusung tema “a celebration of love and communityâ€, meliputitahapan pre-event, during event, hingga post-event. lo memiliki fungsi pentingsebagai penghubung yang memastikan komunikasi dan koordinasi antar pihak berjalanlancar. pada tahap pra-acara, lo menangani penyusunan jadwal, koordinasi denganpara stakeholder, serta pengaturan kebutuhan logistik. saat acara berlangsung, lobertugas mengawasi operasional, mendampingi tamu vip, dan menangani berbagai isuteknis maupun non-teknis. sementara pada tahap pasca-acara, lo melakukan evaluasikegiatan, mengumpulkan feedback, dan menyusun laporan akhir. dapat disimpulkanbahwa keberhasilan event bca ashique fest 2025 sangat dipengaruhi oleh efektivitasperan liason officer dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya.kompetensi, komunikasi,manajemen, dan pemahaman teknologi menjadi faktor kunci dalam peran lo.
T The preparation of this final assignment report aims to analyze the role of the liaisonofficer (lo) at the 2025 bca ashique event organized by bank central asia (bca)with the theme \\\" a celebration of love and community \\\", which includes the pre-event stages , during the event, and post-event. liaison officer has a crucial role inensuring smooth communication and coordination between the various partiesinvolved. at the pre-event stage, lo is responsible for preparing the schedule,coordinating with stakeholders, and arranging logistics. during the event, lo plays arole in operational supervision, assisting vip guests, as well as handling technical andnon-technical problems that arise. and at the post-event stage, lo evaluates eventperformance, collects feedback, and prepares a final report. it can be concluded thatthe success of the 2025 bca ashique event is greatly influenced by the effectiveness ofthe liaison officer\\\'s role in carrying out his duties. communication competency,management and technological understanding are key factors in the lo role.
