B Biskita trans pakuan merupakan layanan angkutan umum perkotaan berbasis bus yang beroperasi di kota bogor. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja operasional biskita trans pakuan koridor 2 terminal bubulak – ciawi berdasarkan sk dirjen perhubungan darat no. 687 tahun 2002, serta merumuskan alternatif solusi untuk peningkatan kinerja operasional. metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kinerja operasional dengan indikator faktor muat, waktu antara, waktu tunggu, frekuensi, waktu perjalanan, kecepatan perjalanan, ketersediaan angkutan, dan waktu pelayanan. data diperoleh melalui survei lapangan dan data sekunder. hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata faktor muat sebesar 63,27%, waktu antara rata-rata 12,33 menit, waktu tunggu rata-rata 6,16 menit, frekuensi rata-rata layanan 4,98 kendaraan/jam, waktu perjalanan rata-rata 4,45 menit/km, kecepatan perjalanan rata-rata 13,95 km/jam, dan ketersediaan angkutan 93%. berdasarkan pembobotan kinerja operasional diperoleh total nilai 24, artinya menunjukkan bahwa kinerja operasional biskita trans pakuan koridor 2 secara umum berada pada kategori baik. alternatif solusi difokuskan pada peningkatan keteraturan layanan dan optimalisasi operasional, antara lain meningkatkan jumlah kendaraan dan ketepatan jadwal waktu keberangkatan dan kedatangan.
B Biskita trans pakuan is a bus-based urban public transportation service operating in the city of bogor. this study aims to evaluate the operational performance of biskita trans pakuan corridor 2 bubulak terminal – ciawi based on the decree of the director general of land transportation no. 687 of 2002, as well as to formulate alternative solutions for improving operational performance. the method used is operational performance analysis with indicators of load factor, headway, waiting time, frequency, travel time, travel speed, transportation availability, and service time. data were obtained through field surveys and secondary data. the results show that the average load factor is 63.27%, the average headway is 12.33 minutes, an average waiting time of 6.16 minutes, an average service frequency of 4.98 vehicles/hour, an average travel time of 4.45 minutes/km, an average travel speed of 13.95 km/hour, and a transport availability of 93%. based on the operational performance weighting, a total score of 24 was obtained, indicating that the operational performance of biskita trans pakuan corridor 2 is generally in the good category. alternative solutions focus on improving service regularity and optimizing operations, including increasing the number of vehicles and improving the accuracy of departure and arrival schedules.
