A Abstraktujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh green humanresource management, strategic human capital dan management crisis,terhadaporganizational performance yang dimediasi strategic service management rumahsakit militer angkatan darat.metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujianhipotesis. penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, menggunakan google form yangdiberikan kepada 215 non dokter dan dokter pada lima rumah sakit militerangkatan darat. analisis data menggunakan software spss dan pls.3.30 denganmetode analisis multivariat structural equation model (sem).hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh langsung variabel green humanresource management, strategic human capital dan management crisisberpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance. pengaruh langsung dantidak langsung variabel green human resource management, terhadaporganizational performance yang dimediasi strategic service managementhasilnya adalah tidak mendukung. variabel strategic human capital paling kuatberpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance dan strategic servicemanagement. pengaruh tidak langsung strategic human capital dan managementcrisis terhadap organizational performance melalui strategic service managementhasilnya adalah signifikan dan positif.implikasi penelitian dengan adanya green human resource management,strategic human capital dan management crisis secara maksimal mendukungorganizational performance rumah sakit militer angkatan darat dan ini perludilakukan perhatian bagi organisasi dalam proses perbaikan dalam pengaturankebijakan green human resource management, strategic human capital danmanagement crisis. hasil penelitian ini memperkuat pengaruh secara signifikanpositif green human resource management, strategic human capital danmanagement crisis, terhadap organizational performance rumah sakit militerangkatan darat. strategic service management sebagai mediasi terhadapstrategic human capital mampu untuk meningkatkan organizationalperformance rumah sakit militer angkatan darat.kata kunci: green human resource management, strategic human capital,strategic service management, management crisis, organizationalperformance.
A Abstractthe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of green humanresource management, strategic human capital and management crisis, onorganizational performance mediated by strategic service management of the armymilitary hospital.the research method used in this study is hypothesis testing. this study isquantitative, using google form given to 215 non-doctors and doctors at five armymilitary hospitals. data analysis used spss and pls.3.30 software with thestructural equation model (sem) multivariate analysis method.the results of this study showed that the direct influence of the variablesgreen human resource management, strategic human capital and managementcrisis had a positive effect on organizational performance. the direct and indirectinfluence of the variables green human resource management, on organizationalperformance mediated by strategic service management, did not support the results.the strategic human capital variable had the strongest positive effect onorganizational performance and strategic service management. the indirectinfluence of strategic human capital and management crisis on organizationalperformance through strategic service management was supportive and positive.the implications of the study with the existence of green human resourcemanagement, strategic human capital and management crisis maximally supportthe organizational performance of the army military hospital and this needs to beconsidered by the organization in the process of improvement in the arrangementof green human resource management policies, strategic human capital andmanagement crisis. the results of this study strengthen the significant positiveinfluence of green human resource management, strategic human capital andmanagement crisis, on the organizational performance of the army militaryhospital. strategic service management as a mediation of strategic human capitalcan improve the organizational performance of the army military hospital.keywords: green human resource management, strategic human capital,strategic service management, management crisis, organizationalperformance.
