T Tujuan- tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis 1. pengaruh carbon emission disclosure, green innovation dan green transformational leadership terhadap green competitive advantage, 2. green intellectual capital dalam memoderasi pengaruh carbon emission disclosure, green innovation dan green transformational leadership terhadap green competitive advantage.metode penelitian- metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan analisis konten dan dengan sumber data sekunder. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang menerbitkan laporan tahunan yang telah diaudit oleh auditor independen dan laporan berkelanjutan perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2022-2023 dan diambil dari idx-ic idx industrial classification. melalui metode purposive sampling diperoleh data panel gabungan data cross-section dan data timeseries sebanyak total 750 observasi. pengolahan data menggunakan stata dengan moderated regression analysis.hasil- hasil penelitian ini menunjukan carbon emission disclosure dan green transformational leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap green competitive advantage serta green intellectual capital memperkuat pengaruh carbon emission disclosure terhadap green competitive advantage. hasil yang berbeda diperoleh oleh variabel green innovation yang tidak dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap green competitive advantage dan ketidakmampuan variabel green intellectual capital dalam memperkuat pengaruh positif green transformational leadership terhadap green competitive advantage.implikasi – hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi menarik bagi perkembangan akademik dengan hadirnya pengukuran yang dimodifikasi terkait dengan carbon emission disclosure. bagi praktisi, peran dari green transformasional leadership lebih menekankan bahwa arah kebijakan ramah lingkungan juga dipengaruhi oleh perilaku dan pola pikir dari manajamen puncak yang pada akhirnya menberikan dampak pada daya saing perusahan. selain itu, temuan penelitian juga memberikan wawasan kepada regulator dan operator tentang peluang bisnis hijau dengan didukung oleh peraturan-peraturan perundang-undangan yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar atas implementasi transisi energi.orisinalitas – keterbaharuan penelitian ini adalah pengembangan pengukuran carbon emission disclosure dengan penambahan dimensi carbon emission governance dan carbon pricing-storage dengan melihat pengaruhnya terhadap green competitive advantage dengan menggunakan green intellectual capital sebagai pemoderasi.
P Purpose - the purpose of this study is to analyze 1. the influence of carbon emission disclosure, green innovation and green transformational leadership on green competitive advantage, 2. green intellectual capital in moderating the influence of carbon emission disclosure, green innovation and green transformational leadership on green competitive advantage.methodology - quantitative research methods use content analysis and secondary data. the population in this study are companies that publish annual reports that have been audited by independent auditors and sustainability reports of companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange in 2022-2023 and taken from idx-ic idx industrial classification. through the purposive sampling method, panel data a combination of cross-section data and timeseries data of a total of 750 observations were obtained. data processing uses stata with moderated regression analysis.findings - the results of this study indicate that carbon emission disclosure and green transformational leadership have a significant positive effect on green competitive advantage. the green intellectual capital strengthens the influence of carbon emission disclosure on green competitive advantage. different results were obtained by the green innovation variable which was unable to provide a positive influence on green competitive advantage and the inability of the green intellectual capital variable to strengthen the positive influence of green transformational leadership on green competitive advantage.implication - the research findings offer interesting implications for academic development, including the introduction of modified measurements related to carbon emission disclosure. for practitioners, the role of green transformational leadership emphasizes that the direction of environmentally friendly policies is also influenced by the behavior and mindset of top management, which ultimately impacts company competitiveness. furthermore, the research findings provide regulators and operators with insights into green business opportunities, supported by laws and regulations that can serve as a basis for implementing the energy transition.novelty - the novelty of this research is the development of carbon emission disclosure measurement by adding the dimensions of carbon emission governance and carbon pricing-storage by looking at their influence on green competitive advantage by using green intellectual capital as a moderator.
