D Digital transformation in higher education has evolved into a strategic imperative; however, the literature on omnichannel integration remains predominantly focused on retail and banking contexts, resulting in a scarcity of empirical research within the higher education sector. the study aims to analyse the influence of four omnichannel integration dimensions: channel service configuration, content consistency, process consistency, and assurance quality, as well as the influence of the newly extended variable, service convenience, on the formation of customer engagement. furthermore, this study examines the impact of customer engagement on positive electronic word of mouth and its role as a mediating variable.
