S Sentra kopi organik tersebar luas di indonesia, didampingi dengan perkembangan lahan kopi yang terus meningkat. akan tetapi, jumlah produksi kopi organik mengalami penurunan. penelitian ini memanfaatkan data yang dikumpulkan langsung dari responden melalui pengisian survei online menggunakan platform google form. untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel serta menguji hipotesis yang diajukan, digunakan pendekatan analisis dengan metode structural equation modelling (sem) dengan bantuan software spss dan amos. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green attitude, green subjective norm, green perceived behavioral control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green purchase intention dan environmental awareness berpengaruh terhadap green purchase behavior. sehingga implikasi manajerial yang harus dilakukan bagi perusahaan dengan meningkatkan perilaku konsumen dalam mengonsumsi kopi organik dibandingkan kopi konvensional.
O Organic coffee centers are widely distributed across indonesia, accompanied by a continuous expansion of coffee plantation areas. however, the production volume of organic coffee has experienced a decline. this study utilized primary data collected directly from respondents through an online survey conducted via the google forms platform. to examine the relationships between variables and test the proposed hypotheses, the study employed structural equation modeling (sem) analysis with the support of spss and amos software. the findings indicate that green attitude, green subjective norm, and green perceived behavioral control have a positive and significant influence on green purchase intention, while environmental awareness significantly affects green purchase behavior. therefore, the managerial implication for companies is to encourage consumer behavior toward choosing organic coffee over conventional alternatives.
